Vaccination against COVID-19

         The Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of December 24, 2020, the Roadmap for the introduction of a vaccine against acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and mass vaccination in response to the pandemic coronavirus disease COVID-19 in Ukraine in 2021-2022 was approved"

        The main task of the Roadmap for vaccination against coronavirus disease COVID-19 is to vaccinate at least 50.0% of the population of Ukraine.

        In response to the global pandemic, the vaccination campaign to counter the spread of COVID-19 continues in the State Institution "TMA of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Rivne region". Vaccination against the coronavirus disease COVID-19 is provided for all groups from among the attached contingent and their family members (including non-certified employees).

        Immunization of employees of critical structures (medical workers, police, SMS, institutions belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and employees of the State Emergency Service) is the number one priority, the overall goal of which is to stop the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus disease, reduce mortality and complications from COVID-19.

Since the beginning of the vaccination campaign, specialists of the State Institution "TMA of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Rivne region" have vaccinated 3422 people, of whom 1444 people are fully immunized and received 2 doses.

It should be reminded that the vaccination of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system is carried out with the following vaccines:

Astra-Zenekais a vector vaccine that uses genetically modified chimpanzee adenovirus;

CoronaVac від Sinovac Biotech uses the traditional method of injecting a deactivated virus particle;

Comirnaty produced by Pfizer-BioNTech – is a vaccine that uses part of the genetic code of the virus.

The procedure for vaccination:

a person applies to the registration office of the polyclinic of the State Institution "TMA of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Rivne region";

  • receives an outpatient card and is automatically registered for an appointment with a doctor in the MIA information and analytical system: "Health", or a new outpatient card is created in case of absence;
  • the person is examined by a therapist and, if there are no contraindications, is sent to the vaccination room.

     After vaccination, the patient is monitored for 30 minutes by a responsible doctor for adverse reactions.
