Information for exposers

Dear visitor!

If you become aware of the facts of violation of anti-corruption legislation by employees of the State Institution "TMO of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Rivne Region", you can report by e-mail: [email protected] or  [email protected] , and also contact the authorized representative for anti-corruption activity or the head of a medical institution

The message can also be made without attribution (anonymously). An anonymous report of a violation of the requirements of anti-corruption legislation is subject to consideration if the information specified in it concerns a specific person, contains factual data supported by evidence that can be verified.

An anonymous message cannot be considered as an appeal of citizens in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Appeals of Citizens", and therefore its provision does not make it necessary to prepare a response to the applicant.

The information you provide will be used by the management as a source for making a decision on the need to conduct an audit or other response in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Prevention of Corruption".

Deliberately giving false information entails liability provided for by applicable law.

* Information about corruption or corruption-related offenses, other violation of the Law of Ukraine "On the Prevention of Corruption", is submitted by filling out the proposed form

You can report a corruption offense:

1. mail - to the address of the Commissioner: st. Volnova, 2A, Rivne, 33028, with a note: "On corruption";

2. at a personal meeting with the Commissioner: reception days 1 and 3 Wednesday of the month, from 11 am to 1 pm, room 34;

3. through the website of the Institution:  rv-tmo.mvs.gov.ua by means of electronic communication - to the e-mail address for the implementation of messages: [email protected] or [email protected] ;

4. oral communication via a special telephone line of the Commissioner for the implementation of messages:(066) 60 77 138;

5. via the Ombudsman's fixed telephone line: (to be announced later)

6. via mailboxes located in the hospital premises at the address: 11 st. Olga Kniaginia, 11, Rivne town and in the clinic premises at the address: st. Volnova, 2A, city of Rivne
