To establish the likelihood of committing corruption and corruption-related offenses, to establish the causes, conditions, and consequences of the possible commission of such offenses, the SI "TMO of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Rivne region", guided by Article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption", within the framework of the preparation of the draft anti-corruption program, begins to assess corruption risks in its activities.

Please note that we are talking about corruption risks - the likelihood that an event of a corruption offense or an offense related to corruption will occur, which will negatively affect the achievement of the defined goals and objectives of the State Institution "TMO of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Rivne region".

For this purpose, we aim to create a working group to assess corruption risks in the activities of the Institution and invite representatives of external stakeholders to join it.

To ensure compliance with the principles of transparency and accessibility, studying and taking into account public opinion, the working group invites persons who have knowledge of the organization's environment and/or have experience in the field of the Institution's activities and/or in the field of preventing and/or combating corruption, namely

representatives of civil society institutions that exercise public control over the medical and diagnostic process;

experts with special knowledge in the field of medicine and/or in the field of preventing and/or combating corruption;

representatives of legal entities that interact with the MIA or are consumers of administrative services provided.
